We had a very busy summer this year arranging wedding flowers for lovely couples. Now I can relax and reflect on some of the most beautiful weddings we did – one of them it’s Bahareh and Azeem’s Fairy-Tale wedding.
From the day I met Bahareh I knew it was going to be an amazing wedding. This happy couple decided to get married at the most stunning place in the centre of City of London – Gibson Hall – a grand and lavish venue with a cozy garden at the back. The bride asked for the arrangements to be made with peach, pale pink and ivory flowers, with a touch of antique gold. We suggested avalanche roses, hydrangeas, spray roses, trailing amarantus and Sarah Bernhardt peonies. To make it even more lively we went for two different table arrangements: gold candelabras with flower wreaths around them, and big, compact “flower balls” on tall glass vases. For the top table we created an arrangement with plenty of posies in gold containers and used perfume bottles with single flowers inside.
I really enjoyed working with such a lovely bride. We wish all the best to Bahareh and Azeem!
